Welcome to the world of real estate!  It will be an interesting journey to say the least.  Right now, you're excited and anxious to get started toward moving so you can achieve your goals.  You will be very busy for quite a while to come.

No one knows your house better than you.  No one.  You know all the positives about it, the location benefits, the schools, the parks, the churches, shops, where to get the best pizza, etc.  You also know the negatives as well.  The property's short-comings, things that are okay-but could be improved on, and those little characteristics that come with every house - like stepping on a certain spot will make the floor will squeak.

There are real estate agents who will tell you that you stand to lose plenty (money, market time, etc.).  Unfortunately, in many cases this will be an the outcome for many a seller's endeavor into a temporary real estate career and statistically it's proven most sellers do end up listing with a real estate agent after several expensive months of trying and sheer frustration.  However, who's to say that will be you.  It might not be.  Perhaps you'll be one of the ones that "lady luck" smiles upon and sell on your own.  Impossible to predict.  There's only one way to find out though and that's to try it.  It's your decision to make.

We are never pushy or obnoxious, nor will you be spammed by us or added to some email "drip" system that will pepper you with emails periodically from us.  We believe that if we respect you and not constantly bombard you with unwanted, unrequested stuff, you'll respect us even more!  This creates a win-win situation for both of us and isn't that how it should be?
